Mark Neuenschwander
President, The Neuenschwander Company
Mark Neuenschwander is considered by many as the world’s leading expert in the field of drug dispensing automation and barcode point-of-care systems. He is cofounder of The unSUMMIT for Bedside Barcoding. Neuenschwander, an engaging communicator and insightful consultant, has clients across the United States and throughout the world in Canada, Australia, Italy, and the Netherlands.
Michelle Mandrack, RN, MSN
Director of Consulting Services, ISMP
Michelle Mandrack is the Director of Consulting Services at the Institute for Safe Medication Practices. Prior to joining ISMP in 2001, Michelle spent over 20 years as a nurse in acute care settings in a variety of clinical and managerial roles. She was the Director of Maternal Child Health and subsequently, the Director of Nursing at Mercy Suburban Hospital in Norristown, PA.

Michelle Kromelis, RPh
is the Senior Director of Pharmacy Services for Children’s Medical Center Dallas, Children’s Medical Center Legacy, and Children’s Medical Center Southlake. Michelle has spent most of her career as a pediatric pharmacist serving in various clinical roles including investigational drugs, hematology-oncology, NICU, and critical care. Michelle has a special interest in medication safety and is co-chair of Children’s Medical Center’s Medication Safety Committee. Michelle has worked at Children’s for 20 years and is a graduate of Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.

Brian Peters, Pharm.D., M.S.
is the Director of Pharmacy at Community Hospital North, a 420-bed facility in Fishers, Indiana. Community Hospital North processes more than 59,000 medication orders each month. He received his Pharm.D. from Purdue University and received his Master’s in pharmacy administration from Ohio State University.

John Woon, Pharm.D., FASHP
is the Pharmacy Informatics Manager at Sacred Heart Medical Center, Children’s Hospital, and Providence Holy Family Hospital in Spokane, Washington. John received his undergraduate pharmacy degree at the University of Montana and Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Gary Johnson, Pharm.D., MHA
assumed the Director of Pharmacy position in 2009 at the University of Virginia Health System. He received a B.S. in Biology from West Virginia University and Masters of Healthcare Administration and Pharm.D. degrees from Mercer University. Dr. Johnson completed his General Practice Residency at Charleston Area Medical Center and a Specialty Pharmacy Practice Management Residency at the University of Cincinnati. He also served as Assistant Director of Pharmacy with the University of Kansas Medical Center and later as the Corporate Director of Pharmacy Services with Parkview Health System.
